The staff were exceptional—very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The pools were well-maintained and enjoyable, and the room was clean and comfortable, with the housekeeping team doing an excellent job. However, we did notice a concern with cleanliness near the kitchen area, where we saw several rats. While this was disappointing, the overall service and hospitality provided by the staff were highly appreciated.

Poppies was an idyllic and quaint hotel that inbound stay in again. The individual bungalow-style rooms were comfortable and spacious, with the outdoor bathroom being a fantastic surprise. The grounds were lovely and invited you to linger and enjoy. The location is a short walk to Kuta's beachwalk. My stay included a fantastic breakfast, which I chose to have delivered to my room and ate on my veranda. The staff were kind and helpful. Would stay here again.
