Staff (The heroes): The hero of the hotel is their staff. The staff is beyond friendly, kind, and dedicated. They make sure every single detail caters to your taste. Either it's the hotel manager, or Mr. Peter Samy, or the housekeeping heroes, or the restaurant staff; they were all extremely professional and keen. I made a late check out, then extended my stay due to transportation issues I faced, they were more than helpful and actually provided me with drivers' contact number, they adapted to my sudden changes in a minute like it was no sweat to them. Also, I left at night but they did not over charge me at all, even though they could have. Accommodation: The rooms are clean and vast, Ras Sedr's water is mesmerizing. The beach is only a 2-minute nice walk. The room's view was cool and all the internal facilities were up-to-date. You have a cafeteria by the beach to buy whatever you want and many other shops in the property.

I had a wonderful stay at the villa over the weekend. The unit was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made it feel very comfortable and welcoming. The hosts were incredibly flexible with check-in and check-out times, which I truly appreciated. Communication was excellent—any question I had was answered promptly and helpfully. The place had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back again!

    La Hacienda resort seems to be probably the most well known...

    La Hacienda resort seems to be probably the most well known and best resort there. About the food you wouldn't find the widely known food chains available there, just some local restaurants and supermarkets (some good, some bad follow your instincts). So maybe prep some meals to pack with you or rely on the resort's eatery, if any. A popular activity there is Kite surfing which looks very enjoyable but unfortunately they only offered costly 6-day-courses, no individual surfs.

    The bungalow was beautifully decorated with an excellent view of the beach. Staff, especially Hamdy and Rehab at the front desk were very friendly and helped me get a taxi to the bus stop back in Cairo. All staff were very courteous and polite. I'd say it's great for a personal retreat if going alone as the bungalow ensures a space for calm, unlike large hotel blocks. It is also very safe, I felt.

    had a wonderful stay at your hotel. From check-in to check-out, the experience was smooth and welcoming. A special thank you to Mohamed Adel at the front desk—he was extremely professional, welcoming, and helpful. He made the check-in process quick and easy. Ahmed at check-out was equally —efficient, friendly, and attentive. He ensured everything was in order and made my departure seamless.

    very quiet place, very good value for money, staff members were helpful. clean beach. clean pool. The reception upgraded my room to sea view for free. The hotel manager Mr Khaled Nassef was amazing person. The finanacial manager was very helpful. Louby bar at night "mohamed" was very polite.
