The hotel was a 10 minute walk from the public rail line to get to Konstanz, which was convenient, but the staff didn't tell us this. We had to look it up ourselves. There is also a ferry stop outside of the hotel, which sits on the bank of the Rhine, but it only departs infrequently and again, the staff was unhelpful in clarifying which ferry lines would fit our needs.

Overall this place is fantastic, I have stayed here 3 or 4 times, rooms 220-225 are an absolute dream. No sounds whatsoever other than a gentle backdrop of trees rustling and songbirds. Very convenient mosquito net also
