Friendly staff, easy self check-in if you get in touch early, very comfortable bed. Not a loud street, and really easy walking distance to all the main attractions in town. Great terrace on the roof with nice views. Huge bathroom, lots of hot water.

Diego, the owner, truly went above and beyond to provide excellent hospitality. Each day, he suggested several different beaches to visit and other scenic spots to check out along the way. Since I was new to Menorca and traveling by myself, I especially appreciated the advice. He was easy to reach by text message and seemed to make it his personal mission that his guests have a wonderful time. On my last morning there, I went to get my rental car, and due to flash floods, muddy water was halfway up the tires of the car, the car had mud inside up to dashboard level, and another car had floated into the front, blocking my exit. I had about an hour before I had to leave for the airport, or I would miss my flight and begin an expensive cascade of disasters that would ruin my vacation. Since the flooding had affected the entire area, demand for tow trucks was high, and the rental car company was insisting that I wait in person to turn over the keys. Diego called them on my behalf and convinced them to allow me to leave the keys in the hotel office, printed out a claim form for me, gathered instructions on how I could get reimbursed for the cab I would need to get to get to the airport on time, and called a cab driver he knew, who showed up promptly. Thanks to Diego's persistent advocacy on my behalf, well above and beyond the call of duty, I made my flight and got reimbursement for the cab fare within a day or two. I will never forget how helpful he was. Having had a lovely time in Menorca, I was already planning to recommend the hotel, but this level of customer service has earned my enthusiastic loyalty for life. Basically, the owner of the hotel is a naturally friendly and helpful person who truly wants guests to enjoy themselves, and the hotel itself is in a perfect location for exploring Ciutadella and the beaches on the north and west.

    The old harbour and old town around the Cathedral are beautiful and very atmospheric. But the traffic is bad! You need to get the hotel to advise on where to park (which Ses Talieses did with us). The outskirts of the town are nothing very special - but the centre is delightful. Cafe Balear is excellent for seafood.

    The town is nice but I would more recommend to hike and investigate all the hidden beaches on the island. There is no real shopping, only small local stores with local brands which are cute. Restaurants I visited were all amazing!

    very pretty town with lots of character. Fantastic restaurants !! We went to the fish market around lunchtime and bought some squid and local prawns which the cafe nearby cooked for us for a small fee. perfect! Close to lots of beaches which were clean, not facilities except a loo but thats fine. Few tourists at this time of the year but lots of locals. Lovely!

    We found Ciutadella absolutely amazing - beautiful architecture, lots of great restaurants and cafes, beautiful beaches with clear turquoise water! We loved the Bubu’s corner - small coffee shop with great sandwiches and coffee. Nibs Healthy bar is a great place for breakfast too! Ciutadella is small and you can walk everywhere easily.

    We stayed for 5 days in Citadella which was enough to see a...

    We stayed for 5 days in Citadella which was enough to see a couple of the sites but not much to do there. Also not many good eateries were open in January. We would not have wanted to stay longer. We especially liked the pre-historic sites, but they were difficult to get to as they buses do not run past in winter. We had to get a taxi and ask him to wait, but they were helpful. The old necropolis was interesting to see.

    Excellent experience! Amazing boutique hotel close to centre of Ciutadella. The room was nice, comfy and clean. Great hospitality! Diego, the owner is amazing, kind and always willing to help you and give suggestions on where to go according to your needs. Breakfast was excellent, a good mix of sweet and savory options along with traditional specialties of Menorca. We will come back for sure and highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to have a relaxing time in Menorca.

    Excellent location, two lovely small cala of sands just opposite the hotel, perfect to visit some of the nicest beaches in Menorca ( about 15/20 minutes drive). The breakfast buffet had so many choices and all freshly made. Very nice clean rooms with great shower, nice pool by the bar serving delicious cocktails. The staff is very nice and professional, everything was perfect! Thank you
