Very close to JR station. We left on a 2 day trip out of Sapporo, and the staff allowed us to leave our luggage in a directly-observed area of the Front Desk, which saved us money not having to rent lockers at the JR station.

The location was amazing! Right in the entertainment district, so everything was a short walk away. The facilities were nice, and we liked using the Knot tokens for happy hour before we went out in the city.

Location excellent, shops restaurant and Odori Park beer festival within short walk. Breakfast selection large and rotated with tasty food. Larger room and comfortable bed. Deluxe room on 9th floor woh view of ferris wheel and access to club lounge. Would return again.

the hotel is in a good location, just a short walk to the commercial tourist area of sapporo & odori park. also a Lawson’s & Seicomart right across the street. we left our luggage to return to after a 3 day trip to another city & they were very accommodating. the rooms are a good size for japanese standards. parking on the property was also very convenient. breakfast buffet was really good. the staff were extremely nice & helpful.

The staff were excellent. When I arrived with two tired children ages 2 and 4, and had to process plugging in a dead cell phone to check in, they came to entertain them, gave them origami and played with them in the lobby until I could gather everything for check in. They had free soft serve on some days. The superior room was excellent for our family. The location is very convenient for exploring Sapporo even with two small children.

The location was ideal for our travels in Sapporo. Very convenient to get to from the train station or subway station without having to walk outside on the road to cross the streets. Easy access to stores with the underground passageway without having to go outside in the heat or rain. The hotel staff was very welcoming and accommodating.
