I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with my family. Everything was excellent – the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, the cleanliness was outstanding, and the overall experience was perfect. I had an absolutely amazing and wonderful time. It was my 6th stay and the 4th year that i spent there for my birthday. It was the most beautiful surprise that they planted me a tree, something they do for guests on their 6th visit. Everything was absolutely perfect. They were so kind to get me a most beautiful sea view room. They sent me a free bottle of wine and a free fruit basket. The sea and the beach are heavenly, the water is so so beautiful. The place is like heaven, it feels like home. This beautiful hotel is a peaceful haven for me. The food was phenomenal, extremely delicious, and they offer a variety of cuisine to meet all tastes. I enjoyed the food so much, so clean and tasty. The animation was really good, the absolute best animation team they ever had, the fire show was the best I've ever seen. All the animation team members were so friendly and so fun. Shout-out to the lady who's the animation team's manager, she's so talented and so much fun. The evening entertainment, all the cuban singers, the two wonderful ladies and one gentleman, was absolutely phenomenal. The live performances were very very good, the best I've ever seen anywhere. They all have such wonderful and beautiful voices. I really enjoyed every night's program with them and the animation team. I already booked my stays next year. Thank you to all the wonderful staff, and thank you TCF for being this perfect. Please stay this way forever. Can't wait for my next visit next year ❤️ I will return twice next year.

I would like to share my experience with this wonderful, fully integrated resort, full of fun, in terms of decor and professional reception, especially the reception team leader, then the bar and restaurant staff manager, the wonderful swimming pools and the attractive beach with its variety between sandy and rocky, and I will not forget the quality of the food served and its variety of meat and chicken, and the surprise of serving seafood, but my note is trying to find a solution to keep the meals warm and not cold, and I would like to thank the high-class, dear Mr. Adel in the main bar for his extreme kindness and endless professionalism in providing his service filled with love and appreciation. In short, the place is worth a try and I hope to visit it again soon.

Everything is perfect: the hotel is very recent, clean with a modern design. Never too crowded, it’s nice and cozy. Pools are really beautiful, with different depths are perfect also for kids. The beach is well organized and the sea is accessible directly. I spotted turtles and also the dugong. The staff is great, always kind and available to make your holidays just perfect. And then there is the food: I am pretty picky but I must say that the standards are really high: in all the restaurants you can always find something tasty. Menu varies a lot during the week and the choice is rich. The “a-la-carte” restaurants are delicious, Tao Tao (the asian one) above all (I have also tried La Vista and Tiki because you can also eat in the other hotels’ restaurants).

    Nice place to stay for one week if the weather is OK. Very good place for snorkeling or you can watch coral reef directly in the harbor without being wet. Just bring slice of bead and you will see a lot.

    We were in Casa Mare Resort super happy.

    We were in Casa Mare Resort super happy. We came with our 3 years old daughter so we really appreciate that they have 3 very warm pools. 2 of them are huge and with a bar in it and the third very warm pool is safe for small kids who can't swim yet. Also Casa Mare has a big playground in the shade for kids. Aleso few hours per day is open Kids club with a really nice girl from the animation team. All of them are doing a very good job. Always trying to cheer you up all day long with animation programs. We came without a traveling agency and we haven't any agent, so  people in recepcion were always helpful and nice. You can easily ask them about everything through WhatsApp. Food was amazing. Chefs are doing a great job. Choice of food was huge and delicious. Casa Mare has a lagoon with shallow clear water, hot in summer  and also bridge to reef. Reef is big and rich in many kinds of fish. You don't need to pay any trips to snorkeling, it's right there. Place is also very good for kite surfing in winter. I was surprised how big our room was and we had a view on the pool and sea. I loved that. We always had the same man for cleaning. Every day he made our room super clean and tidy and when we met him in the hall it was always fun with him. Our daughter loved him, because every day he made for her animals from towels. We are definitely coming back. This place where our 4th hotel in Egypt and Casa Mare Resort was best from tham. Thank you all personal for a wonderful holiday.

We will choose the same for the next visit.special thanks to the housekeeping Karam Ibrahim & Lookout bar Mustafa, Mohamad, Ahmed,Mohamed All Team ,special thanks to the Concierge team Moamen , Amr , and special thanks to Kitchen Souq Al Hana team head chaf Haithem , assistant head shift & food quality chef Mohammad chaf Ahmed (AL FATIR ) waiter Mustafa , Every morning I enjoyed the Lagoon with fresh sea water at my favourite side front of Lookout bar my location left hand side (spa side ) , and sorry I forgot the name of lifeguard in this location thanks to him , Big Thanks to Mohamed he is very good friendly and smiling boy at Lagoon Bar thanks Saddam from reception team.thanks to all team & management. thank you

    Port Ghalib was a small port town that has transformed into a touristic place. Not much to see, a nice marina and a small promenade. Famous restaurant/club "Hakuna Matata", led by Polish owners, attended by known artists and bands - worth coming by. Few cafeterias and souvenir shops and that's all.

    after dinner is nice to take a walk to the port and stop to drink at the bars. enjoy the nice climate and and listen music. visit the many shops along the inner streets. where you can find parfums souvenirs of every kinds. all people you meet are sociable but non intrusive, the walk is always pleasantly interrupted by these stops in which the various products are offered in a kind way.

    To resume those wonderful 7 days in Port Ghalib Marina...

    To resume those wonderful 7 days in Port Ghalib Marina Resort, I would say it felt like home. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times, the room was tidy and clean every day, provided with very good food options, the space at the reception is gorgeous specially at evenings before dinner with live music. I will definitely go back. The beach with the coral was so amazing to me, that I couldn’t get out of the water to enjoy the rest of the resort, such as the swimming pool, gym and other facilities. I felt part of the family at the “Wonderful Dive”. A big shout out to some members of the staff: Ibrahim from the reception, Fahzer at the towel desk at the beach always so careful, Antonio from the Italian restaurant, and so many more who showed professionalism, kindness and dedication in the past week. I see you all very soon. :)

    Soooo...... Let's start with Port Ghalib. Unless you are relaxing before and/or after a diving liveaboard, there is no sane reason to be here at all.... Unless below average food and watered down drinks at European prices are your idea of a great time; there's not a lot to do around here.... Having said that, the Radisson is perhaps the best place to do it..... BTW, the diving was FANTASTIC
