Fantastic hotel! Everything from the building exterior and interior design and quality to the food and the exceptional staff was simply amazing. The outdoor areas are amazing with a wonderful lake view. Super relaxed and friendly atmosphere and I can only suggest it to anyone who wants to relax in a cosy but elegant environment.

Overlooking town, Hotel Leidingerhof captures the essence and pure beauty of the Alps. From Dusk 'til Dawn you will be in awe as the sun reflects off Mondsee, where the sailboats dance around the water. As the day progresses, watching the Bergen change colors with the sun's rhythm will put you in a trance. It might be a place God would enjoy a breakfast, to be quite honest. There is serenity in the air, with farm animals enjoying themselves just as much as you are. The homemade Schnapps, food, pleasant service, hiking on the property, and spa amenities are above exceptional. I highly advise one to stay here for a transformative experience.     Mondsee is a very pleasant area - very pleasant lakeside gardens and facilities. We were particularly impressed by the Post Shuttle Bus facility which was great for visitors without their own car facilities. The service provided by the Tourist Information Office was also first class.

    Mondsee is a very beautiful town.

    Mondsee is a very beautiful town. It’s located by a lake and offers stunning views. The town’s church is gorgeous. I had the best meat I’ve ever eaten in my life there. If you have the chance, don’t miss visiting Restaurant Tauris Steaks & More.

    Fantastic lake, beautiful mountains, nostalgic old town, easy to reach from Salzburg, near by to Wolfgangsee, Fuschal am See, cable car, boat ride, Mountain railway at wolfgangsee (schafbergbahn), paragliding and much more.. Just perfect

    Off season Mondsee looks like a huge house for elderly. Almost everything was closed, apart from a few restaurants in the middle of the city. Everything on the beach is closed from january to february.

    Amazing location, beautiful nature, gorgeous lake and the mountains offered perfect walking tours. Local people were nice too :) The centre of the city is small and pretty, many pubs with great wine and food. The location as well as the nature were well taken care off and clean. Totally worth visiting: Observation tower Kulmspitz We will for sure come back to explore more.

    We were before Christmas, and at this time it is definitely worth going to this city for half a day! The center is small, but very nice, there is a small Christmas market, mostly with food, a very beautiful Basilica, and of course, the lake itself deserves a walk to it. After a two-hour walk, a good lunch at a local cafe or right at the market, and here is the minimum plan completed! In the summer, for sure, the program will be different.

    Staff was very helpful. We rented 2 electric bikes and as the battery was only 60-70% they only charged for one. Was a detail and we did more than 40 km! I truly reccomend renting these electric bikes for a lake tour, THe whole place is fantastic and as a family-driven hotel we feel at home. Breakfasts were delicius and with a good variety of foods and of course eggs, variety of cheeses and vegetables and fruits!

    Really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was very stylish, comfortable and had great facilities. It was right in the centre of Mondsee, just a couple of minutes' walk from the bus station and a supermarket, but was also very quiet. The host provided clear instructions and suggestions for things to do and where to eat. Would definitely stay again!

    We had a good time staying at Iris Porsche Hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Our room was clean, cozy and silent during the night. The spacious bathroom was a surpise and we really enjoyed the steam shower.
