The staff Taha was the best!!!! Incredible customer service and so welcoming. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and made my stay incredible! From the moment I arrived to a warm welcome I felt at home and had a friend. He gave me excellent advice and recommendations. When I arrived I was tired from traveling and having a rough day and he really turned it around. Thank you so much for your incredible hospitality and wonderful personality, and for making me feel so at home and cared for. Would definitely come back!

The hotel staff were extremely courteous and accommodating. After two days of delays, I was given a flight that didn't arrive until 2am in the morning! The staff communicated with me, throughout my delays, and arranged to meet me at that ungodly hour without hesitation. My room was spacious and inviting. Once I awoke, I discovered a serene oasis that made the wait worth the while. Having breakfast outside in the beautiful garden, lounging at the covered pool and talking with staff, who were super helpful with suggestions and assistance, was a truly magical experience! The view of the city was spectacular - affording me the ability to see the balloons over the Valley of the Kings each morning. Also, I loved all the secluded benches around the hotel, which allowed one to relax in various places and undisturbed. I cannot wait to go back!

This is a great vintage style hotel. Close to the Valley of Kings and Queens, Konark and Luxar Temple, Nike River, and everything incuded West and East Bank Luxor Tour. The food was great and the staff are great as well. Very helpful and kind. I enjoyed my stay there and would definitely stay again.

This is the second time I have stayed at this exceptional property. It is located on the West Bank just steps away from a gorgeous boardwalk with plentiful boats to get you to the East Bank and feluccas for tranquil sunset sails. The are an abundance of restaurants and a little supermarket. The apartments are spotlessly clean, well-equipped, spacious and comfortable. They offer what the name suggests… luxury. They even have a washing machine and a drying rack. The pool is fabulous. Very clean and refreshing. It has a poolside shower to rinse off and comfy loungers. There is a little section of the garden with tables and chairs to socialize outdoors. I fell in love with Ramses and Nefetari, the tortoise couple. Mohammed is a delight. Kind, friendly and accommodating to all requests. He gets you great deals on balloon rides and tours.
