Please keep in mind that there is a war going on. Having said that, Vinnytsya is in a relatively safer location compared to elsewhere in Ukraine. I was actually there to visit and encourage people who are working with ministries that are reaching out to the youth of the nation. Maybe I am being prejudiced, but after visiting all major Ukrainian cities I must conclude that in my, highly subjective opinion Vinnitsa has not got any unique landmarks truly worth visiting unless you go there for business or personal reasons. Yes, you can go and watch the color fountain in the evening, but you can watch it on YouTube, and there are plenty of similar fountains worldwide. The same applies to the museum of retro technology. It is good, but there are quite a number of such museums around the world. Other "official" landmarks are not worth visiting, imho, be it cathedrals in the city centre (nothing too original or unique) or the remnants of the old city wall.Guest review byLeonidGUnited States - 4.0

Vinnitsa is nice to visit for those who were born there and experience nostalgia. Otherwise - there is nothing to do there. The food is overrated. It is a very nice city. After dark you must! visit the Multimedia Fountains (known as Roshen Fountains). During the day, the Central Park is good in the summer, especially if you travel with kids.
