Location of the hotel is fantastic, walkable to major attractions with public transportation close by. Room is comfortable, quiet and comfy beds. Having washer/dryer in room is a big plus, no extra time wasted at a laundry room. The best part is service, front desk staff seem to assume maintenance and concierge roles, extremely productive and helpful. Many thanks to all the staff. Special thanks to 玉子 who spent a lot of time helping me book a last-minute bus tour online, although it was not successful due to account registration issue for foreigners, the level of customer care is beyond my expectation. Also special thanks to the gentleman who helped us to fix the Wifi issue in our room. who was probably the manager on duty that day. If you cannot book the bus tours online (usually they require 24-48 hours advanced booking), try the Chuo Bus ticketing office right outside of Sapporo Station.

Convenient location (4 or 5 blocks from the Susukino subway station) with lots of restaurants and shopping within a reasonable distance. A bit longer walk to Odori Park. Staff is great, rooms are clean and comfortable. Pleasant public bath. Would stay here again.

My family and i had a wonderful time staying at this rental. The place was big enough to accommodate our group of 9 adults and 2 kids. The common area was where we liked to hang around as there was space for everyone to do their own thing during our down time from all of the sightseeing. The kitchen had all of the basic tools to do some home cooking. The rental was also well-heated with several heaters sprinkled throughout the house. And when a couple of the heaters ran out of gas, our host was kind enough to drop a visit and refill the tanks. Another good thing about the rental was its location - close enough to Susukino where the action is (just 3 tram stops away), but nestled in a laidback side of the city. And as advertised, there was a nearby drugstore, 7-11, and Seicomart - perfect for any quick meal runs at any time of the day.

Location near Hosui Susukino station. Easy key collection. Staff helpful with room heater when we not sure of the setting, even send someone to resolve the issue . Toiletboil has seat warming. 1 heater good enough for entire lliving room and bedroom heating when temperature above zero (not sure of when below zero)
