Location and facilities are exceptional, as expected. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help with questions and matters about the hotel, restaurant, and facilities. They even helped with questions about the surroundings and how to arrive at a given location. The cleanliness of the room and the supplies in our room meet a 5-star hotel and above. The food at this hotel was of high quality, even as a buffet-style restaurant. I will stay there again when I come back to Guangzhou.

The location was great. It was convenient to the metro and was in a lovely old colonial neighborhood. The rooms and service were also very good. Some of the staff spoke English while others used a translation app. We were happily surprised to find a rooftop pool!

The hotel interior was impressive. I also love the facility such as laundry and dining space. All staffs were great, receptionists and house keeping crews were very helpful and warm Location is not bad, though environment a bit messy (some construction going on), it was very convenient. Lots of restaurants, shops and close to public transport.
