The room was spacious, very comfortable and clean. Staff were overall excellent, courteous, friendly and accommodating. The pool itself (except for the equipment noise) was a treat and was maintained very well. Good cafe and nicely appointed restaurants in the lobby area.

This small hotel is a gem in Merida! Just off the beautiful Paseo Montejo and close to the parque La Plancha. Nice refreshing pool, kitchen and sitting areas for common use and beautiful gardens. Loved the decoration. Great, friendly staff. Will repeat when in Merida again!
