The staff were amazing. We stayed for 22 nights and felt right at home. The location is perfect, the a/c worked well and the bed was fairly comfortable.

Great location. In the corner is an Oxxo convenience store. We walked to the city center in Merida twice. We took the city tour bus just in front of the cathedral. Recommend it.
The host family cooked a full breakfast each morning. Their Chiapas Mexican coffee was great! For an extra fee they provide transportation to the airport. And since we were leaving at 4:00 am ti catch an early flight that added a measure of comfort and safety.

The hotel is as beautiful as the pictures, maybe more so. Our best pictures from our time in Merida were of the interior of this hotel. Staff was really friendly and eager to help and to educate us. The area around the hotel is walkable, though right in front the sidewalk is very narrow. There are many restaurants and bars and shops near by.

We had a fabulous stay at La Piazzetta, the hotel is beautiful, clean and has a lot of charm! It's really well situated so we could do most of the city by foot.
Leo, María and Augustin are fantastic hosts and we felt very welcome. Leo is super knowledgeable about the area and gave us the best tips for Merida and around, and even for the rest of our trip, we discovered many hidden cenotes thanks to him :)
A thousand times recommend!
