Fantastic hotel and an amazing stay all round. The staff were so friendly and helpful, some have excellent English language skills, and others would make extraordinary effort using translation apps. The location on the lake is stunning, and the pick-up from the train station was extremely convenient.

The vibe in general. Very friendly and welcoming. Tried to help us in any way possible. Especially enjoyed the small talk during tea time with the ladyboss. It's a calm and quiet place. The rooms were spacious and it was not missing on anything.

A very nice hotel with an excellent location, just a short walk from the night market. The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to assist us, helping to arrange both a river cruise and an excursion to the Yangshuo Ruyi walk with the cable car. The staff were very friendly, helpful and the room was excellent, clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed for good sleep. We would choose here again if we get a second chance to visit this beautiful city.
