All staff were extremely helpful whether at helping me with directions and planning my routes with the buses, serving food or coffee or unlocking the safe.
Hotel is a family run business and it shows they stick together and have solid chemistry.
Breakfast AND dinner are offered. For 35€ the dinner was exceptional, delicious and nutritious. You can have the best of both those worlds.
Normally accommodation pillows and myself don’t mix, but in this case they did. The pillow I slept on was super comfy. I never woke up during the night before actually waking up.
Sauna for those who like that sort of recovery after a hard day of skiing.
For over 600 CAD for four nights including breakfast during New Year’s is an absolute bargain. You’ll never in a million years find that in St. Anton or Ischgl during this time.

Loved the kindness and warmth of the host Philip Matt, the location to the mountain, and apartment we stayed in. The whole family is very welcoming. For those that would complain that the apartment is too hot, that's because it's heated by floor heat which is difficult to dial in. Philip went above and beyond for my friend and I who stayed three nights. One night we arrived after the kitchen was closed, and Philip ensured we had the meals on the nightly menu to eat. The ski room is great as well, as there are forced air blowers to dry all of your gear before the next day. The bus is literally right outside the front door, and you're at the lift in 10 minutes (maybe less). No need to drive anywhere after you arrive. Enjoy a drink, cigar, and relax as you're on holiday! The view from the apartment isn't the area you would normally ski, but still is great to stare at during the day. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to stay again, and plan on doing so whenever St Anton is the destination.

Free ski bus to local resorts was super efficient and easily accessible. A couple of good restaurants within easy walking distance and local shop but can't vouch for this as we didn't use it.

A nice traditional old alpine village with a couple of bars and food serving places. Friendly people, nice beer and nice local orchestra playing stylish music that we had accidently come across on Friday evening during the stay. Wish we had no chance to stay longer!

Nice small village next to St.
Nice small village next to St. Anton, the spot of the summer hiking. We were very pleased to learn about the guest card granting you 1-day free use of cable cars and some other stuff. We also got to check out the local village fest a.k.a Schützenfest, it was fun and unusual.

Very friendly, helpful and professional family team run the hotel.
Classic Austrian alpine decor and cleanliness.
More than tolerant of our two young energetic kids threatening to destroy the peace!
Ski bus runs like clockwork every 15min to the two main lifts in St Anton and stops a stones throw from the hotel. We also used the same bus to travel for free from the train (terminal West) station to the hotel.
Nice spa facilities.
Good breakfast and afternoon tea.
Dinner is reasonably priced and flexible if doing half board.
We had a perfect stay in Bergkristall. The appartament is warm and spacious and was spotless clean. The thing we most appreciatted was the fact that the ski bus is 2 minutes away from the hotel, so it was very easy to get to and back from the splopes.
The host gave all of us free depot cards, so we could leave our ski equipment at the slopes every day, which was very nice.
Overall, a perfect place for a ski holiday.
We stayed in an annex type building attached to the main hotel. It had excellent views, large bedrooms, a sitting area and a large kitchen, veranda with lovely views. The shower was powerful and hot. Remember to set it to very cold for your friends haha. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant has great food with excellent service. Parking was available thanks to friendly neighbours. Thank you.
Great apartment, super helpful owner! She responds super quickly. Also close to the bus stop for the ski bus (although the house is on a hill so you need to walk up from the bus stop on your way home to the hotel). Food store in walking distance.
Great with the boot driers. Very modern bathroom. Private ski locker outside. Dishwasher.
Great family run hotel. The staff is awesome. Breakfast was just what you needed to get ready for a great ski day! the bed are very comfortable! There is a bus right outside to take you to the mountain. We skied saint Anton’s one day and Ischgl the next. The decor is pretty interesting, lots of history there. Great value for money.
The house was big and perfect for a group of 9 persons. The bedrooms were like hotel rooms with individual bathrooms each. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything was there to prepare the food ourselves.
The ski bus stop was about 3 minute walk from the accommodation and access to St. Anton's ski lifts was very easy.
Very comfortabel beds, way better than in most hotels.
Situated in a charming village with restaurants and super marked very close by.
Charactaristic, cosy and charming as it is a 600+ year old building in which many historical elements are still intact.
Spectacular views from the balcony and dining rooms.
Great staff.

A beautiful family run hotel. The owners are very friendly and can offer ski lessons/ instruction and hiking guiding in summer. Great breakfast buffet - with many choices (they also accommodate special dietary requirements (for me was the delicious local Gluten Free bread)).
This is a really nice hotel a short drive from St Anton. the staff are really helpful and friendly and the rooms are really comfortable. lots of free parking and the breakfast is of an extra quality. we had half board which I would highly recommend
Location was marked incorrectly in Google Maps, which caused us an unexpected 'challenge', but a phone call to the hotel fixed that quickly. The hotel is brand new and everything kept in top condition. Good value for the price.
Very beautiful family hotel with awesome interior and view. Friendly owners who are open to answer your questions and support their customers to have an amazing stay
