I enjoyed the view, the furniture, the accomodations. The house had good facilities for the kitchen, living room, and bedrooms were spacious. Our apartment was on floor +2. It had two balconies: one facing the sea and offering a beautiful sea view, the other offering a beautiful view of the mountains. There was a barbecue grill that allowed us to cook our dinner.

It was perfect to say the least. Everything was simply great. Nice apartment, great hospitality and good location. The apartment is modern, spotless clean and equipped with everything necessary for the stay. The owners are very friendly and keen to fulfill every little wish for their guests. The beach is a few minutes walk away from the apartment. The city centre is 5 min by car. Supermarkets are ca. 10min drive. The owners offer SUP and bicycles for free.

    Great vibe in the area. Good local restaurants. Used Pizza Peperoni which was great, Mad Suck and Konoba Kampanel. All took card payment. Restaurant Tomislav only accepted cash - with 140€ bill I would have liked to be made aware in advance Bakery staff super welcoming. Would have been good to know in advance about a public holiday the day after arrival

    Small town with a historic background and great connection...

    Small town with a historic background and great connection to the sea. We loved the seafood and the sand beaches. We enjoyed the Salt Museum and rented a hydrobike, a SUP but there were many other activities such as kiteboarding, windsurfing, ski-jet driving ... and even a school of kiting.

    There are many beautiful beaches in the vicinity, you can be on a different beach every day. Nin is a beautiful historical town where salt is mined, which I also recommend visiting. Nearby is the royal winery, where they offer excellent wine. You can also visit the museum in Nina.

    Nin is a beautiful place to stay.

    Nin is a beautiful place to stay. Friendly locals, stunning beaches, swallow waters in the lagoons making it particularly save for young families. Plenty of restaurants and gift stops. hire an e-bike - its great fun. I would definitely return.

    A beautiful little town located on an island in a lagoon. Without crowds and excess of tacky souvenirs. Beautifully restored historic defensive walls, entrance gates and bridges. Very clean, quiet, lots of nice restaurants.

    A normal Croatian city :) A great Old City of Nin ! Not a big space / area for the Old City but a lot to visit, see, picture etc. Park where you can pay by card, is easier and is just in front of the main City gate / entrance. Really really deserve your visit !

    The village Sabunike itself is not very nice and pretty place, I must say. However, wide sandy beaches, which are here are very nice and they are not very common in Croatia. The village Nin is also very cute and historic, where you get everything, what you need. The apartman itself was very nice, clean, new, quiet, comfortable and equipped with everything you could need. Housholders were very nice, they left us some drinks and sweets which vere very delicious. I think this was one of the nicest places in Sabunike.

    Only 10 minutes walk from one of the most beautiful beaches and incredible landscape in Croatia (Queen Beach). The area is quiet and close to supermarkets and bar. Not far away there is a great bakery. The flat at the first floor is very nice, with a nice small terrace, air conditioning and equipped kitchen. The owner was very kind and allowed us to stay a couple of hours more after check out time. He also procured us a taxi from the airport.

    The property was lovely with walkways and lots of trees. Good sports facilities and pools. Excellent choice for families and children with plenty to do and entertainment. Supermarket on site had a lot of choice. Close to NIN and Queen Beach where u can put mud on yourself which was fun. Easy to get outside transport and close to Zadar attractions.

    We enjoyed a lot our stay, having everything what we needed for our holiday with our small kid. Comfortable, clean, close by all the interest points in Nin. Great hosts, very responsive. The cats and the small turtles were a free gift.
