The hotel is comfortable nd extremely well located. Just a minutes walk from historic center. It has 3 restaurants and there are many others in the neighborhood. The area is safe. Staff are attentive and professional. Room is comfortable. Beds and pillows are excellent.

First of all, Javier (Front Desk) is amazing. He makes sure your stay is perfect (recommendations to restaurants, stores, attractions, etc.). I stayed on the third floor with balcony facing the interior which was beautiful. The suite was spacious, clean, well decorated, and appears to be brand new. Daily housekeeping is included. The rooms must be sound proof because I did not hear any noise from the streets. The balcony is perfect for a cup of coffee, glass of wine, or just listening to the birds. I could not hear any street noise with the balcony windows opened. The location could not be more centered. You're able to walk to many restaurants, stores, and attractions (downtown, Angel of Independence, museums, etc.). The area is extremely safe. I had one minor issue checking out; the Front Clerk (not Javier) wanted to charge me for a coffee capsule and two sodas which I did not consume. The matters was handled and I was not charged. Otherwise, I highly recommend MX Grand Suites.

The property was at one time someone’s house. Gorgeous gardens with blooming flowers and birds In the evenings twinkling lights. Rooms aren’t great but comfortable and clean. I like room 202 or the one next door for one person. Not big, but all I need…love this place. Inexpensive , good location, food if you want it wonderful staff.

Super spacious room and very comfortable bed. I was gladly surprised with the functionality of the kitchen and the smart lights fixtures. It's near the Angel of Independence and lots of restaurants. I walked everywhere and felt completely safe. The hotel staff is so welcoming. I'd stay here again.
