This is was a great place to explore Sydney -- the vibe was totally urban. Brooklyn. London. Awesome restaurants nearby. The train is only a five minute way. The staff was the best -- they went beyond being helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Urban to anyone visiting Sydney.

Despite of a couple of minor issues with my original room and then some paint smells on the floor I was moved to these became inconsequential because of the incredible care and respect of the staff. They handled my complaints with the utmost concern and their attention to me during the 3 nights I was there was amazing. There is no other hotel chain in the world that maintains such a high standard of customer care.

The room was very tidy and organised and also quite spacious for a little hotel room. We had a decent view of the airport but a view little factories made it not the perfect view but also not the worst.
