It’s a good base to see the northern part of the island. It’s very close to beautiful beaches, not far from Sao Tome city and Neves. The rooms were clean and tidy. Dinner and breakfast were essential but very good and made with care. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The check out at 12 was very convenient and allowed us an extra morning at Lagoa Azul!

The hotel room was small, but was clean and had AC and a pool and hot water. Breakfast was available for 10 euros extra. The staff was friendly and helped us find Taxis into town and the airport. There is a grocery store about 10 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is only 5 minutes from the airport. They let us have a late check out for 20 euros extra.

The breakfast was fantastic! Best value for money comparing it to all the other accommodation in Sao Tome after a 3 week stay. Best and most beautiful swimming pool you will find all set in a lovely peaceful premises in the city. Little piece of paradise. The gym needs some maintenance but have a lot of equipment.

The rooms and spacious and clean, with nice en-suite bathroom. We were able to exchange some euros into dobras as well, which was very handy! There was also a delicious breakfast for us the next morning, with fresh bread, fruits, eggs and butter and delicious coffee and tea.

Great place close to Sao Tome City (by car). We booked on of the tents and the view is amazing. The food was great too. Highly recommend.

Mr Luis was the perfect host. The grounds were beautiful. The place was clean and comfortable. The pool so refreshing and peaceful - perfect for cooling off each night. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Kitchen access was very convenient for preparing meals, along with a nice dining and living room area for relaxing, or socializing with other guests. Luis was always available to address any issues or answer any questions. We were able to keep our bags safely locked at the House while venturing over to Principe for 5 days, then return for another 3 days’ stay at Casa Luis. Luis made our trip to São Tomé seamless, pleasant and memorable.
