Narah and her family are attentive to their guests’ needs and put in thoughtful touches, such as a welcome map of the city with common Khmer greetings/phrases on the back. They check in multiple times throughout the day, such as to offer you homemade desserts, fresh fruit or coconut juice. I had a smooth time using their various optional add-on services, including the same-day laundry service, spa package, tuktuk tour of the city, and breakfast. The bed is comfy, and location wise I appreciate that it is close to the fabulous modern Cambodian art gallery/cafe Romcheik 5, while being a fairly easy walk (or quick tuktuk ride) to the central parts of the city.

It’s indeed an old Villa with an Annex building around a nice pool. The place appeals to it’s retro style with authentic design elements, classic furniture and old maps on the walls. It’s just a short walk to the city center. Upgrade activity was ongoing at the riverside boulevard. There’s a restaurant which seems to be the main source of income.
