Location!! Just above the gorgeous water. No beach, but there is a comfortable covered floating place to sit, with a nice breeze. Beth, the manager, and her husband. Very helpful, flexible, and friendly. She always helped with everything! GREAT snorkeling!! Brief boat ride to another island. Coral and fish were some of the best we’ve seen even in other countries. Much better than around El Nido. We snorkeled several hours every day. Loved!! the larger “ cabin” just beyond the A- frame thatch units. It has its on covered balcony and more room inside than the other units. More expensive, but still very affordable for the space and seating area, to watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets!

I stayed one night at Venus Royale Hotel and had a comfortable experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and check-in was smooth. My room was clean, the bed was cozy, and the hotel had a nice relaxing vibe overall. The pool area was a nice bonus, even though I didn't get to enjoy it fully during my short stay. A good option if you're in Coron for a quick trip.
