One night stay is enough to see the major sights and enjoy the atmosphere of the town where cultures clashed and melted eventually. Very welcoming town with great food. Some insights for travelers (not negative, just stating the facts so you can keep in mind): parking is difficult to find and the streets in the center are narrow; apartments in the center can be very loud, especially in summer, so if you prefer quiet area book outside of the center.
