It was one of the best experiences ever, but we have to mention 2 main negative points: - the lateness in check in/out and room services that take up to 20min. - At the check out and once the we reviewed the bill we found out that there is a 440 Durham per night called room charges even though we didn’t use any additional services. That is beside a dinner with an amount of 475 that we didn’t even had but they removed it after we discovered it.

FIVE Palm Jumeirah Dubai features its own private beach as well as 5 outdoor swimming pools, including a 180 ft long option, running through the heart of the resort.
