Nothing ☹️ inappropriate behavior and unfulfillment of service by this property which ended to a most unpleasant stay, uncomfortable feeling and wasting valuable holiday time. Below is the list of the issues we had with them from beginning : 1- Upon arrival, we noticed that the water heater didn’t work. We contacted them on the spot and they said they will send somebody to fix it the next day which never happened. Then we contacted them again the day after and was told they will send somebody soon which again never happened. So no one came to fix the issue. After losing hope on them, we finally figured out ourselves that the electric power went on and off when the A/C and the water heater were working at the same time, so ultimately we had to use only one at any given time. Interestingly, we found previous customers had complained about similar issues in the reviews page, and they were clearly not addressed by this host. 2- After wasting all our days with above situation, we decided to stay one more day to see the area and soon after we also found that unfortunately one of our children was not well and we had to take her to a local doctor who suggested she take rest and not travel. We contacted the host about availability for an extra day and they clearly confirmed it was ok, and we agreed on the price of €99. Later that night, while we were discussing the payment method with the host, suddenly in the middle of our portal chat, they said it just got booked by another customer and we have to leave by next morning! We were left with a horrible situation and told them it is unacceptable and unprofessional and we cannot move as we have a sick child and it is impossible to find another hotel late in the night and pack and go. However instead of fulfilling their commitment, they threatened they will bring the police to take us out and confiscate our €800 deposit!!

    We stayed at this lovely hotel located in a small mountain village with absolutely beautiful views of the surrounding hills. The room was spotless, very clean, and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was modern and stylishly designed. We especially appreciated the chance to relax outside on the terrace and enjoy the peaceful scenery. The garden also has a swimming pool, which is perfect for cooling off on hot days. Everything was just perfect! Many thanks to the kind and welcoming hosts!
