A strange oldie type Spanish village, were all the premises had been newly rebuilt, almost like a purpose built town for tourists?? Good shops and places to eat. Only enough for a one or two night stay. Quiet area.

The hotel is rustic in style but comfortable and charming, and the staff very welcoming and helpful. The food was very good, including delicious Iberico ham, and there was no problem providing the gluten-free bread we needed. The surrounding area is great for scenery, walking and wildlife-watching.

It is only a short walk to the beautiful center of the town. It feels like you were in a time capsule and went ages back in time. Behind the hotel is a very nice garden where you can relax with a drink. The host is the most helpful and kind host that I have ever met!
