Very clean, great staff! Level 2 Tesla charger in parking garage for slow overnight charging was a nice surprise. Nice surrounding area.

Very difficult to find with car GPS sending us to Granite City instead of St Louis, the dates were wrong reserved for 4/30 - 5/1, no remote for TV, non working, one bed very obviously remade with same bedding, bathtub had hair around drain and had to call desk to have smoke alarm fixed due to constant loud chirping at 1:30 AM.
Red Roof Inn in Erie PA was an absolute pleasure, NOT St Louis!

The continental breakfast is really good!
The showers have a smart panel that's easy to control temperatures.
It's neat that you can get into the heated pool from inside or outside and swim under a wall to get to the other side, and I liked the sauna!
If you want pizza one night, I recommend Imo's pizza, it's a few miles away from hotel
Definitely, check out the Arch and the City Museum in St Louis!
It's easy to get around town on the Metro

The location is great. Walked everywhere we wanted to go.
The location is great. Walked everywhere we wanted to go. Even to our daughters apartment. For December, the weather was perfect to walk to local restaurants and bars.
A must place to try in the B A O restaurant. The food was amazing and the Udon noodles were soooo good. We also like Sushi Ai. All you can eat sushi for a reasonable price, and also has something on the menu for those who want something else.
We didn't eat at 801 Steak house this trip, but it is definitely a must try if you're looking for fine dining. Our next visit we'd like to try the 801 Fish House.

The staff was very friendly.
The staff was very friendly. The hotel lobby was beautiful and included a grand piano! It feels like walking into an old movie! Nice restaurant inside the hotel and the room was spacious and clean and included amenities that made the stay pleasurable. Close to downtown St. Louis but far enough away too. Clayton is a beautiful suburb with amazing architecture.

Not having a crib available for our baby after telling us in...
Not having a crib available for our baby after telling us in an email 2 days prior to our trip that they would have a crib was a huge disappointment. No parents are happy to have their newborn sleep in a stroller for the night.
Breakfast was awesome!! Apparently when they have a lot of guests it’s a buffet, but when the hotel is not super full guests order off the menu. Both were good, but we preferred ordering from the menu so we could get omelets. No fresh fruit which was the only bad thing about breakfast. The pool was nice and warm and had plenty of towels. Night manager was super helpful. Bedding and towels were good quality. Super comfortable beds!
Stayed here on a business trip. Very nice hotel. Really liked that there were actual mugs and glasses in the room. Finally some hotels are working on reducing waste and single use plastic!
Great coffee in the room and plenty of it.
Beautiful outdoor pool and many dinning options in walking distance.
The food was expensive and so was the hotel. But the pool was beautiful and having poolside waitstaff was wonderful. The restaurant was also very good and the staff were very accomadating. The gym was gorgous and the ILLY coffee in the room along with ceramic cups was a bonus. Bed very comfortable.
The hotel was located in a very quite, safe neighborhood. The front desk personnel was very kind and respectful. She offered nearby activities to help our stay be more adventurous. I would definitely stay there again.
e best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service.
The rooms are spacious, nice and clean. Staff is great and the breakfast buffet offers a variety of food. The hotel is close to the metro station, which is a nice way tl move to downtown St Louis.
