Well, this was my fourth time staying in Kapama. it is certainly a magical place and never disappoints our guide Stjohn was knowledgeable, interesting and made the experience one will never forget. We stayed in A-villa and enjoyed our private pool. We had a group of monkeys that would come see us. We saw all big five within the first day. I’m looking forward to coming back. The service was impeccable, and we were even treated to a safari breakfast. All the staff were accommodating sure our stay was five star.

This property is incredible! The rooms were stunning and so large. I had no idea how amazing the safari rides would be- Justice and Elvis did such an amazing job at making us feel safe and finding/getting up close to the big 5. The service is impeccable- Tinyiko our server was so kind and we felt so cared for. I wasn’t expecting much for the food- due to it being all inclusive- but it was absolutely amazing quality, ingredients and preparation.

Game drives, Never and Mateo's excellent knowledge and personalities. They truly provided a once in a lifetime experience for us, getting close to animals and doing their best to take on any requests. Their local perspective, knowledge and stories added a unique twist compared to other game drives we've done. Never was the outgoing friendly Energetic personality while Mateo added a sense of safety in the bush. As mentioned they both have outstanding knowledge. Never's game drives are like a fun learning experience while driving through the African bush. Mateo has many years of experience in tracking and we enjoyed his in depth knowledge. Breakfast and lunches and service by Munya. Pool area Pick up service from the airport. Birding around the camp Air conditioning in the room

    Everything was excellent.

Everything was excellent. The servers: special shout out to Charlie who found us for lunch no matter which pool or seating area we hid. Very special shout out to our ranger and guide, Noel and Themba. We did all 10 game drives they conducted during our visit. We could not miss a single drive for fear of missing out on something over the top. After the first couple days we had already seen the big 5 plus all supporting animals, but then it got really interesting. Being in the middle of a herd of elephants so close you could reach out and touch them. Watching a pride of lions devour a giraffe carcass. Watching a hyena steal an impala carcass from the 3 leopards that brought the impala down. Watching a baby giraffe nurse from its mother. Watching a baby elephant nurse from its mother. Etc. Miss one game drive you don't know what experience of a lifetime you might miss. Their knowledge of local culture, animal/insect behavior and plants added significantly to the experience.

Location of accommodation was excellent for bird watching and relaxing amongst the tree tops. Our guide Jeffrey was absolutely amazing. So knowledgeable and we had incredible sightings and experiences with him. The staff were very helpful and so friendly. No request was too much trouble. Meals were excellent as well. (Could have had a better sauvignon blanc selection though. Only one vineyard to choose from)
