Swimming in the river was magical but good to have rock shoes.
Its an amazing site. We stayed at the Begude de St Pierre and you can walk up through the forest from there which was also lovely. Food options very limited at the site considering its apparently france's most visited monument. a lovely restaurant that you had to book and a small cafe that was running out of sandwiches with a queue out the door and not much seating on a june day. Don't suppose that's much fun in august, take a picnic.

Fantastic location a one mile walk from the Pont du Gard- great to base yourself for the evening illuminations and for a short walk for a dip in the river in the day
A traditional and homely Mas decorated with artwork. Comfortable en-suite room.
Our hostess couldn’t have been more helpful reserving a place in restaurant for us and putting a bottle of water to chill for us in the
communal fridge.
Typical French breakfast delicious local fruit, pastries, yoghurt fruit juice and some and hostess had got English breakfast tea for us aswell.
The property was lovely. Simple and stylish. The main draw was the walk way from the hotel to the Pont du Gard but it is a little steep and on a bumpy road so good shoes are needed!
We booked the suite as we had our little dog and our teenager with us. Perfect with its own entrance.
It has a mini bar that acted as our fridge also.
Really nice to be greeted by such welcoming staff too.
This is such a lovely place to stay. It's perfect for the Pont du Gard as you can walk there from the hotel easily. The breakfast was super with lovely homemade produce. Such a friendly stay. We wouldn't hesitate to go back..

The staff were very friendly and professional. The property is beautiful and the restaurant is very good too. The hotel is also very friendly to children, which is not always the case in the area.
Middle of nowhere next to a poppy field. Lovely grounds and interesting building. Helpful staff. We did not have a chance for dinner or much time at the hotel.
The location and possibility to come with pets.
Furthermore it is clean and not mouldy smelly.
Restaurant in the Hotel to can eat after a long journey.
This is a fabulous hotel tucked away but with a lovely setting and the most helpful staff ever! The food I’d outstanding and we will be back regularly.
