No breakfast available. Just packaged pastries in the room with the coffee maker. Location was very convenient for walking and catching boat rides on Lake Como.

The owner was very kind, collected us from the train station in his car (and dropped us off again), he found out where we could hire bikes, and did our washing as the washing machine in the property was broken. Amazing location with access down to Lake Como beach a few minutes walk away. Large enough property for family of 5, with use of the garden. We enjoyed the company of the two family dogs, but some people may not so this should probably be advertised on Booking.com.

-Luca is an excellent host. He took really good care of us throughout our stay. -The flat us huge and it's in a house directly on the lake. You can see the water from the living room and one of the 2 bedrooms. -Access to the water and a garden above the small beach. -Dedicated parking spot. -The place is really authentic and all amenities were working. We found all the items we needed.

The location in the mountains is beautiful. You have to park the car below and walk up a stone pathway for 10mins to get to the property. If you have luggae this will be brought up...you dont need to carry it. There is a restaurant where you could have dinner. Its not open everyday so make sure to check before booking. The food there is very good with a set menu.
