The staff are amazing, super friendly and helpful! The food onsite was incredible; delicious and fresh with ingredients straight from the plantation! Breakfast was included which was nice to find out. The property is stunning, especially the hike to view the petit piton. I loved falling asleep to the sound of the jungle. There are great activities onsite like the chocolate tour which was fun and I had an amazing massage, but it’s also very near to most of the popular sites. The staff were very helpful and patient to help me organize my activities and to book them for me. I would 100% stay here again and not look anywhere else!
This hotel is located in downtown Soufriere and offers views of the Twin Pitons. The hotel features rooms with a refrigerator and microwave. The Downtown Hotel rooms include a seating area.

Me and my wife needed a place to stay 1 night before we take a sailboad from Soufriere.
The place is very close to the main pier where the boats anchor and all you need is around the hotel. Restaurants, bars, supermarket, pharmacy. I had an issue with my board during the flight to Sta. Lucia and I could find all materials needed to fix my kite board neraby the hotel.
Offering stunning views of the Caribbean sea and featuring an infinity pool and a covered lounge with bar. Tet Rouge, an adults-only resort, is located 6.8 mi from Soufriere Bay.

Rabot Hotel was gorgeous. We requested an early check in and they were not able to accommodate once we arrived, however they upgraded us to the Luxe Lodge for the inconvenience. Breakfast was included and was delicious and not a buffet format. Grounds are lush and well maintained. Overall an amazing experience!

Green Fig was a very special place. The panoramic views from the swimming pool and restaurant/bar were exceptional. The swimming pool is pretty small but very deep and super refreshing after a hot day. Our room was tucked into the side of the hill, almost built inside of a cave. The outside area was open and overlooks the Piton. That’s what really made this room so special. My wife and I enjoyed sitting out there near sunset, listening to all the sounds beneath us in the town below while looking out over the ocean sipping a cocktail. This place was all about location. The staff was very nice and helpful and the food was good. But, nothing moves fast here, so don’t be in a hurry. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our deluxe suite was furnished and well-equipped with an oven, full-sized refrigerator, full-length mirror, ceiling and standing fans, smart tv, desk, armoire and dresser, sectional couch and dining table with chairs, and air conditioner within a spacious living room and bedroom. A major highlight was that each of the units at Sugarmon has a furnished balcony with an incredible view overlooking the town. We ate many of our home cooked meals here. The unit was clean and stocked with enough flatware and pans- and the grocery store was available down the hill (~15 minutes)for any other needs. Outside, the shared pool and pool deck is not vast but is plenty of space for the size of the property. On-site washer and dryer access was helpful, especially since it was included with our 1-week stay. Whitney, the property manager, was friendly, attentive, and responsive, arranging for our airport transfers and even agreeing to allow us a later checkout on our final day. We were also happy with the hilltop view and relatively short distance to the supermarket, beach, and town below.
We are located 1.6 miles away from Soufriere Town central in the community of Fond St Jacques.17 miles from Hewanoŕra International Airport.

Perfect piton viewing bungalow in town with the most welcoming hostess you could ask for. I’ll be staying again…next week!

Soufriere is a weird kind of place, it looks sad and it was a place where we didn't feel safe, lots of men sitting around offering you stuff, we only found 1 restaurant half decent (where we ate at twice and the food was lovely, don't remember the name but it's close to the dock and it looks like it's where tour guides take tourists to), lots of drunk people on the street too.
I understand why people go to St Lucia and just stay at their resorts, this area is not yet prepared to receive tourists who like to explore.
The beaches nearby are nice but Sugar Beach is ridiculous, yes, it is beautiful but it is absurd that a 5 star hotel takes up the whole beach.
I'm glad we only spent 1 night here and the rest of the holiday in Rodney Bay, where there are more restaurants and lovely beaches. Much better infra-structure for tourism.

Great place for a base to St Lucia, as the most interesting places to visit are near here. There are a lot of locals that hang out in the city which makes it congested but they are very friendly, and all the people in the shops were friendly as well. The beach in the city is decent, and free, whereas the nearby resort ones are very nice but cost $$. I would base here again. Driving the road north is something you'll want to do only once due to how long it takes and the aggressive drivers, so plan accordingly!! :)

Soufriere is a must for anyone who visits St Lucia; there are the Pitons, the sulphur springs, Diamond baths and waterfalls and the botanical gardens and more. The locals are kind, polite, you are never hassled. The food is good and lots of good walks, transport is good. A good place to chill, walk or take a boat ride to the left Anse Chastanet or to the right to Sugar Beach.

We hiked the Gros piton trail- strenuous but rewarding although they wouldn’t let us see the second viewpoint at the peak of petit piton which was disappointing. We also liked the diamond falls botanical garden- small but beautiful. Fun town with some good restaurants- we ate at the hummingbird restaurant which was excellent.
We really enjoyed our stay at Amazon Villas in the hills behind Soufriere. The location is surrounded by beautiful greenery and the air is fresh and cooler than in town. The unit was comfortable and the pool area is really lovely. We also appreciated the covered verandah. There is a super restaurant within walking distance but a car is useful for visiting the surrounding attractions, beaches, waterfalls etc. Conrad and the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating during our visit.
everything ! the location is fantastic , the room is big , beautiful and immaculately clean . Soufriere is a gem and anyone would be lucky to stay right in the town . The grounds of Frenz is delightful , filled with gardens and fruit trees. Having coffee on the front porch overlooking the mountains is just perfect. I couldn’t recommend this place more . I’d stay here happily over any of the fancy hotels .
To start the apartment was immaculately clean. The modern amenities blew us away, full kitchen, couch, dining room table, Netflix etc. It was like a nice condo. We had the best view in the town of Soufriere looking right at the Petit Piton. The location was perfect for access to the nearby beach. Nice packet of information for local activities and decently priced transportation options.
Me and my wife needed a place to stay 1 night before we take a sailboad from Soufriere.

Excellent location close to so many beautiful natural sites in Soufriere area. Beautiful apartment with a great view of the Pitons and the whole caldera from the balcony. The pool is a nice tough to cool down at home. Well equipped apartment. Host was very accommodating and provided a large crib for our 2.5 year old. Highly recommend!
Lovely place and lovely host. The ideal base to explore Soufriere and the south-west of St. Lucia. One can walk to the beach and reach the city centre within minutes. The flat is ideal to couples and solo travellers, and would probably work for a small family as well. Would certainly come straight back here if I return to St. Lucia.
We were stuck in St Lucia for one night due to a tropical storm and stayed at Fond Doux. Despite the damage from the storm and lack of reliable internet/phone, the staff were amazing! Thank you Monique at the Front Desk and Michelin who was an awesome bartender/waitress. When you visit please say hello to Coco the kitten!
Very nice resort which lies on the north slope of the bay area of Soufrière. Everything was well organised and we ended up with a private tour around Sliver Springs as there were no other guests going on the same morning. Breakfast was nice and lunch/dinner (paid for separately) was quite good. The pools were nice too.
Great location with lovely views overlooking Soufriere, a car is recommended for this location, you can walk to some of the shops/ restaurants which are around 20 mins although it’s a hilly walk. Villa was very spacious and well set out. Toiletries in the bathrooms was a nice touch.
We enjoyed the pool, the hosts, all the amenities, the kitchen, the shower, and the neighborhood. There's lots to do in the Soufriere area, including waterfalls, sulphur springs, botanical gardens, snorkeling, etc. The hosts were very responsive to our needs.
Amazing place, fabulous facilities. Christopher is a really helpful host - I was welcomed with fresh fruit, beer in the fridge and a beautiful apartment with a million dollar view from the balcony. A perfect place to stay in Soufriere.
The hotel had a nice breakfast with some ingredients from the property farm. Rooms are beautiful. Comfy beds. Good shower. Beautiful area close to Pitons and mud baths. The chocolate tour is informative and fun.
Excellent view of Pitons from room and grounds of the hotel. Stayed in villa room, equipped with kitchen. Tree Top Restaurant is close by, recommend the restaurant if you’re staying at Samfi,
Great value for money hotel with exceptional views. The room was clean, nicely decorated and the gardens very well kept. Staff were great and our breakfast on the balcony was amazing!
One of the best accomodation we had in St Lucia. Amazing view from balcony.
Communication with Whitney was great.
He is super friendly and helped us what to do in Soufriere.
