The room was so spacious. The veranda was generously big as well and in the afternoon, after swimming in the beach, you can just relax here because its very windy and relaxing. Super close to the beach as well.

Nice place to relax and unwind
Clean place the people were all hospitable and respectful. But I was disappointed because I went to PG to.do snorkeling but there were not much corals and fish under and the water is not so clear. The infinity farm was amazing. The falls were all beautiful.

PG is great for diving and my favorite part is Small Laguna, its very relaxed and has plenty of great restaurants. I was there about 14 years ago and very little has changed about the vibe - very relaxed.
I recommend Small Laguna for divers - there are several great dive shops there Asia Divers, Action Divers Arkipelago, etc. Nice resorts and great food. The point Bar is a nice place for a beer or cocktail after diving. Arkipelago restaurant on the 2nd and 3rd floors has a nice view over the ocean. El Galleon has a great kitchen with fantastic adobo!
Sabang city itself is more crowded and has a party-vibe, lots of changes there including a new boardwalk, pier, etc.

PG is for SCUBA DIVERS paradise.
PG is for SCUBA DIVERS paradise. All accommodations are right there & there are many to choose from for all budgets. Most have their own DIVE SHOPS. Fun Dives on average 1,500 pesos, less if you do more with them. That includes, dive master, boat, equipment. Restaurant are abundant and prices are varied depending on establishment types.

Been a few times. Nice place to visit.
Been a few times. Nice place to visit. Getting there and back from Manila is a nightmare though. The Philippines needs to work much harder on customer service, especially regarding travel arrangements. Its a huge put off.
And I have travelled overseas more than 100 times so I have plenty of benchmarks.

Great relaxing place and relatively easy to get there, but be sure to take transport guidance from the resort. And if you use the public ferry, be sure to ask the resort to arrange to meet you and transport you straight to the resort. The local vendors at the ferry terminal can be a pest without assistance.

Puerto Guillera is beautiful!
Puerto Guillera is beautiful! There are falls which are an excellent walking, hiking, naturally beautiful experience. We rented a scooter for a day which costs 500 pesos per day. Fuel, another hundred. No insurance no hassle this was an excellent deal. Anywhere you go, people are always friendly. As long as you smile and say hello, they are very accommodating to outsiders. The ride on the cart driven by a caribou to the Tukuran falls was amazing! Ate nice pork on rice at top of falls -impressive. Just a drive around with the scooter was fun, as the traffic is nothing like elsewhere in philippines. Also, Talipanan falls was worth it. West of the town of White Beach is Mangyan native village where a local native will explain the full history of these natives, their culture on the hike up to the falls where a swim is so relaxing.
Staff was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating! Charmaine and Rose really made sure our family was well taken care of. We had most of our meals at the hotel and the food was good! They helped us arrange a snorkeling tour which was so much fun! The views were stunning and the pool was fun. The beach is within walking distance and was nice without vendors and too many people. Their tricicad driver was kind enough to drop us off and pick us up so we didn’t have to find transportation.
- best location from puerto galéra white sand beach
- nice small terraces for almost all bedrooms.
- really clean
- flowers and plants make it even cutest
- there’s a minibar with good choice of beers - juice and drinks.
- The last but not least, Mardi (the owner’s) is such a super woman, helpful, hardworking, fun and talkative. She brings the light and sun that could miss during rainy season. Thank you again and good bless you
We had a warm welcome by Malou and Antony. They took the time to share good places to go.
The breakfast is fresh and tasty. Thank you for preparing our breakfast the first day, knowing that we missed the time.
The laundry was made on site, by friendly woman (sorry I forget her name), the clothes were clean and smell good. Thank you 👍🏽
The wifi is good.
Good location not far from sand white beach, restaurants and coffee shop.
Minshuku KCS was like escaping to Puerto Galera and finding Tokyo. The food,, people and hotel were all of outstanding quality and authenticity. Sushi, sashimi, soba, tempura and miso prepared by a real Japanese chef, were just as I remembered it all in Japan. But, the Filipino staff, with owner Carmen as their lead reminded me that PG (and Japanese) hospitality is still Ichiban!
The ambiance. Food. Location. Night swimming at the pool under the moonlight and relaxing sound. They have parking which is best for tourist and travellers with car. Especially to avoid the congested sabang puerto galera at the center nearby beach. Very accesible. The services and amenities they offer at their given rate are the best that i have seen in Puerto Galera so far.
Good food for reasonable prices. Great cocktails and friendly staff especially Glen the bar man! Resort is out of the way from busy part of Puerto Galera but short tricycle ride to White Beach which staff arrange easily. Rooms / resort amenities are basic but great for the price. Aninuan beach is 10 min walk away and is STUNNING. 10/10 would recommend.
Felt like home
The hostel provides free water
Fast wifi & a kitchen which I really liked
Washing machine as well.
Walking distance to the small town Puerto Galera with grocery stores & lots of restaurants.
A nice but small beach about a 10min walk as well.
Sarah, the owner is really kind & i felt like at home my whole stay.
Wonderful stay. As a solo traveler you need friendly hotel staff. The owner and staff are exceptional. Made me feel like part of the family. I was out very late watching world cup, woke up at noon. They made my breakfast just for me, eat outside with mountain view's ; spectacular. Quiet. Aircon.
I like the staff and the restaurants inside :) we are so relax because of it ♥️✅ thank you!! Location was great as well, most importantly it's near in our church, so we managed to attend our service twice that week we spent our summer in Puerto Galera! This place is awesome 😎👍
The location was very close to the bars and restaurants on White Beach. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They assisted with arranging travel and renting a motorbike. Free breakfast if you want it. Clean and comfortable rooms. Highly recommended.
1) Taxi drive had a lot of trouble to find the hotel.
2) Access to hotel by tricycle was poor.
3) Internt did not work, TV did not work, shower did not work so I decieded not to stay in the hotel and look for somehting else
Everything was just great: the hotel itself, clean and comfy room, delicious food, top notch dive shop, last but not least - staff is amazing! Great atmosphere and you are being looked after whatever help you need.
Made with natural material, nice solid wood and bamboo, rare in the Philippines, but needs some fixing.
Loved the feel, right on the beach, amazing view, and plenty of quiet time
