    Location was easy.

Location was easy. Spent 4.5 hours booking hotel and paying more than other hotel was and red roofs was extremely terrible conditions compared to cheaper hotel that was canceled prior, which was exceptionally frustrating! Also, 1 and only amenity requested, breakfast was not offered, wasn't even able to make a cup of coffee!

I wrote my review and sent you pictures of my room and the fluid on the chair. And you intentionally left that out of my review. You are deceiving your clients and basically putting them in danger. I wonder did someone report that same room to you before and you choose not to let people know how unsafe that nasty place is

For a city of this size the entertainment was very disappointing. There are one or two bars in the downtown area but overall its not a nice place to walk around after dark. Not much of interest to do and see apart from the Civil Rights route and related buildings which are by far the highlights of the city. If you are interested in sport, the wonderful Rickwood Field baseball stadium (the oldest standing ballpark in U.S.) is a real gem, just a few miles out of town.

I'm biased because I lived here for college, but there are local attractions live Vulcan the Iron Man are worth visiting over a few days. Five Points South is probably the hub of nightlife. UAB football isn't as big as Alabama or Auburn, but it's the south and well college football.

We loved our room, the kickback and breakfast was wonderful and it is located Close to restaurants and store. All employees were very friendly and accommodating. We traveled with a small dog. I loved that you were able to go out side doors and our key opened the door. The price of 50.00 each night was a little steep but our dog loved it.

We came to Birmingham for a college tour and initially had reservations at one of the preferred hotels listed on the college's website only to find that it was not at all what was portrayed! We left there and made a last minute reservation at Drury Inn as it was one of the few that was within very close proximity to Samford and had vacancy. What a pleasant surprise to find clean and well-kept accommodations and a welcoming staff! We will definitely stay at The Drury on our next trip to Birmingham.

The staff were amazing! The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We were traveling north from Louisiana to Connecticut for a death in the family. This was our favorite hotel by far during our traveling. We also booked this same hotel for a night for our return trip this coming week. Breakfast was great, something for everyone in the family. The bed was quite comfortable. We would choose this hotel any time we're in the Birmingham area!

Staff was so nice and professional, they really went the extra mile just to ensure we were very well looked after, always smiling and ready to help; also breakfast prooved to be as delicious as expected despite that there were not a wide variety in sortiments, if you enjoy waffles for breakfast, they have the nicest waffle-maker ever! I would definitely choose the same location if visiting Birmingham AL again.

I was passing through and needing a place for one night. This hotel is in downtown Brimingham. There are no signs for the hotel - probably not their fault, but at night it is difficult to find - very difficult even with gps. There is no parking except valet or the street. If one was staying a few nights in Brimingham, it would be fine, but not for passing through

Breakfast was good, carbs and proteins. Plenty of seating. Hotel was clean with some new touches of design in lobby and Breakfast area. Room was spacious with a pull out couch and 2 tvs. There was an elevator and hotel has 4 floors. Rooms have hard wood floors. It was quiet. Black out curtains worked well. Didn’t eat Breakfast. Upon check out the hotel clerk stated that he had to check our room before giving us back our cash deposit. He stated that the door was broken. We never touched the door, they knew it was broken beforehand and wanted to try and keep our deposit. After he knew my husband knew what was happening, he refunded us.
