The place itself was wonderful, beautiful place and nice staff. We were right in front of the pool. The beach was just a crossed from the hotel. Everything was close by, we enjoyed walking everywhere. I would recommend this hotel to everyone going to Wasaga Beach. It was one of the nicest and cleanest place I stayed.

My happy place.
My happy place. Staying at Lakeview Resort Motel made it so easy to access the beach and the strip with all the restaurants and bars. LCBO was a 2min walk, there was a cute ice cream shop across the street and amazing Mexican restaurant and Skull Island Mini Gold about 5min walk over the bridge crossing the river.
No the motel wasn't fancy, but it was comfortable and pretty clean and I absolutely loved the outdoor heated pool in the evening.
I loved it in Wasaga Beach so much, I'm returning there in August to visit again.

Very affordable destination.
Very affordable destination. Wonderful experiences with the manager and room service staff at the motel. Easy walk to the beach. The whole area was clean. Stores along the beach were convenient. Many options for food right at the beach. WalMart and other conveniences are only 5-10 minutes away.

Come here for Outdoor activities and undeveloped outdoor space ... which seems to be disappearing fast due to over- development ...will be going back less in the future. It's beginning to look like a regular suburban town ..suffocating...
Room was clean. Staff very polite & helpful. Location beautiful (5 minute walk to main Wasaga beach/shops/bars etc). Outdoor pool clean & warm. Shower not the greatest (water temperature fluxuated/little water pressure). Besides that....$145.00 with tax very decent (especially considering location right next to main Wasaga beach area). 🙂
Staff were friendly, helpful, open. Let us check in 1½ hours early.
Property much nicer than I thought when I thought “Wasaga Beach motel”.
Pool looked very nice, crystal clear but we didn't have a chance to try it.
Everything was very clean.
Easy to get in and out of, easy to walk to the beach
It was a very enjoyable short stay in a well equipped and comfortable and very clean place. It is a very short distance to The Wasaga Nordic Cross county Center (Wasaga Beach Provincial Park) There was plenty of room to put our ski equipment.
Cottage location is excellent, easy to get to Blue Mountain resort or other interesting places. Hosts are very polite and receptive, minor problems were addressed quickly and adequately. Beds were comfortable, kitchen is well-stocked.
The Manager was friendly and super helpful. The facilities were nice, clean and gave some options to hang out at the Motel with BBQ, fire pit and games. As well, there was access to a private beach area close.
The host was very friendy. The place was beautiful for the price. Beach 5 is only a walking distance from Birch Haven and a quiet and serene compared to beach 1 the main beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
An older motel with dated furniture, but it has been well maintained and was perfectly clean.
A double bed which was fine for single occupancy.
AC Unit, shower (although a small unit) and TV worked fine.
