Very neat, tidy and nicely decorated caravan with all the necessary equipments. Perfect location with nice sea view. The lady named lucy she was very helpful throughout my stay . Just keep in mind if u want to use the swimming pool so it remains close on Tuesday and Wednesday so we didn’t use that facility . Me and my family would love to stay there again .

I didn't realise the key box was there and had no number. I may have missed the information about the key box being open but when we checked it was there so it was all good. I also didn't realise we could go straight to the caravan so we went via reception first. The location of the caravan was perfect. It was very homely and I felt comfortable immediately. I really liked that there were things like spices and condiments there. Although we didn't use them as we were only there one night and it was because one of our relatives live nearby and we were visiting them for the day/night. I also didn't know there was a Haven in Rochester and it is really a lovely site. It was a lovely surprise.

The bed was comfortable. They were very helpful with allowing me to check in early. Having travelled straight after a night shift being able to grab a few hours kip before going out in the evening was really appreciated. The cabin in a back garden was warm with a electric blanket and electric heaters. Just a short walk from Rainham (Kent) station with fast line to London. I was greeted with a nice smile and chat by the owner . A generous size sofa .Good size TV with Netflix and speedy Internet. All in all a really nice stay I would recommend and use it again in future.
