Very neat,tidy and nicely decorated caravan with all the necessary equipments. Perfect location with nice sea view. The lady named lucy she was very helpful throughout my stay . Just keep in mind if u want to use the swimming pool so it remains close on Tuesday and Wednesday so we didn’t use that facility . Me and my family would love to stay there again .

Rustic style family run establishment on the tip of the Isle of Grain. Location is great, super nice town, and nice locals. It is a family run establishment & the owner has a heart of gold. I would be honored to count him as a neighbor. He is making the best of what he has got facility wise. If working at the LNG or power plant for the week it is an ideal location to operate out of as many other workers stay there as well. Point being it is a business like environment: no TV noise late night, no parties, problems etc at night. Excellent place to get a good night sleep.

Nice, clean, comfortable, reasonably sized, well-maintained private ensuite room with towels, shower gel,soap, coffee, tea & kettle all provided. Flat-screen TV & free Wi-Fi connection. The bed was comfortable. They were very helpful with allowing me to check in early. Having travelled straight after a night shift being able to grab a few hours kip before going out in the evening was really appreciated. The cabin in a back garden was warm with a electric blanket and electric heaters. Just a short walk from Rainham (Kent) station with fast line to London. I was greeted with a nice smile and chat by the owner . A generous size sofa .Good size TV with Netflix and speedy Internet. All in all a really nice stay I would recommend and use it again in future.
