The flat was very clean. All the towels, blankets and kitchen utensils were clean. Onur is very nice and helpful host. If you travel without car, nearest beach is 30 minutes away by walk. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would definitely stay in Onur's house if we travel there again.

Imagine the Hyatt Regency or Marriott Hotel's expensive very well decorated residential suit with 2 bedrooms, 1 office room and 1 large living room together with fully equipped kitchen, design bathroom and a spacious panaromic terrace...This is what you will find in this property with an excellent hospitality.

I liked the place so much, it is calm and clean. We enjoyed the courtyard. The kitchen had all the facilities, and the owner had prepared the place with all the necessities.

Comfortable location in city centre, amazing view for lake with ducks and birds, clean and big apartments with separated bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. So clean kitchen and have all what needs for cook and great service. Conditioner, TV and wifi was great bonus for evenings.

Excellent location, five minutes walk to the historical center and restaurants. Well-equipped kitchen, 10 meters to a mini-market where you can buy everything you need. Cozy spacious apartments made with great love. Crystal purity. Very responsive hostess. There are places to park your car.

House is really big, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, living room, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor. Calm part of Famagusta, walking distance to the beach even for kids. But the best part of the villa is the owner who not only gives you best tips and recommendations but also delivers fresh fruits, eggs and homemade jam from his garden.
