From the moment we arrived, Fabio and all the staff made us feel so welcome — their service was truly incredible and went far beyond our expectations. The atmosphere was warm and full of charm, and we really felt the magic and peace of the Tuscan countryside. The villa itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautiful, with views that were absolutely breathtaking — especially while relaxing by the pool. The food was simply outstanding: every meal was delicious, authentic, and prepared with so much love. Fabio and the team created such a special experience for us, and we are so grateful for their kindness and care. We left with full hearts and unforgettable memories, and we are already dreaming about coming back again soon.

Though can't speak in English, yhey used great efforts via Google translator to let us with the apartment and introduce good eatery and places worthy to go around.

The view is breathtaking from the terrace on the 2nd floor, 2 separate impassable rooms, a huge kitchen, air conditioners in each room, comfortable beds, cleanliness, private parking, everything you need for cooking in the kitchen, the hostess provided free mineral and sparkling water, towels in the rooms and the kitchen, very beautiul apartment on the 2nd floor of the small private house, a quiet place. I totally reccomend it.

Very pleasant place for a short stay near Montepulciano. Comfortable and very clean apartment. Nice terrace with a view to cypresses. The hostess welcomed us with cupcakes, very very kind gesture.

My stay here might be one of the most memorable places! I think it's really unique to stay in a home like this, which was very clean and spotless! The main highlight has to be the window that overlooks the Tuscany fields. The owner was very kind to provide us with some refreshments, and was very responsive as well when I was trying to figure out the nearest carpark. I also think that Montepulciano was a good choice to stay in amongst the other nearby places - to me it still felt somewhat more residential and quiet, after all the bustle in the day.
