Great hotel. Very close to the train station. Very much appreciated the common lounge area provided by the hotel. It even had an ice maker. We also liked the opening windows.

Clean; views are spectacular; parking/amenities available althought you need to go out in the night to an outhouse for wc and shower.... with lots of cowebs if you like that. The sleeping area was clean. Very rustic if you like that. And being awaken by animals at crack of dawn.

The Hotel was very nice, clean, and the hotel staff were all friendly. Our group had two rooms; the room facing Lake Luzern was comfortable regarding the room temperature as it had an AC unit. The private view of the lake in the back of the hotel had plenty of lounge chairs, some tables and umbrellas, a nice view, as well as walk in access and ladder access to the lake.

Great location near trails and bus route. Shared bathroom and room were well cleaned. Patio/restaurant is a nice play to relax with views out to the Alps. Would recommend if in the area!

during our trip we stayed in higher star rated hotels and resorts but Hotel Rössli is the one that exceeded our expectation. though cheaper and lower rated it ended up being incredibly comfortable no thrills base to go to the surrounding areas. bed was comfortable , great AC for the July heat, great breakfast and very friendly staff. All for lower price that we paid before.
