The apartment is very spacious and looks even nicer than in the pictures. It has all necessary facilities and you can see that the owner really put thoughts and efforts to create such a nice accommodation. If my family revisits Rosenheim, I'll definitely choose to stay in this apartment.

Staff was very friendly upon arrival. Room was exceptionally clean and bed was very comfortable. Hotel is quiet and rooms are large. Breakfast was excellent. Parking was very easy and very close. The hotel is very convenient to the downtown area and we walked to the Christmas market. Lovely and safe town.

The hotel is very well-located in central Rosenheim, a lovely mid-sized city half-way between Munich and Salzburg. My room was a comfortable single-occupancy room with the odd addition of a separate, private bathroom two doors and about 10 yards (or meters) away from the bedroom operated with the same key. The breakfast was well worth the 12 euros extra as the room was a great value. Many sights and lots of dining options nearby.

it’s very private and quiet, despite being central to some of the best restaurants in town. the bathing pools are a short 10 min walk as is the train station. like all European hotels there are no ice machines but the bar will provide a bucket. the rooms are smart, bright and clean and very comfortable.
