Ski Resorts in Val Thorens

Great location on the slops and near the shopes, good conditions apartment, very clean

The staff were very friendly and helpful, they made my trip memorable and enjoyable

The location of this hotel was perfect for my friend and I who wanted to experience night life in the area. It was a little bit of a hike from the bus stop when we originally got there but after that the location was great. Easy to get to the ski lifts even in spring conditions, but getting back to the hotel required a bit of hiking depending where we were skiing and whether or not we could use the magic carpet to minimize the hike. The staff were all absolutely amazing, especially the reception manager! He was so funny and friendly to my American friend and I who were probably very annoying. Would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

The location is unbeatable—right on the slopes, with a convenient ski room to store your equipment. From there, you’re practically in front of the ski lifts, making it incredibly easy to start your day on the mountain. The staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful, always ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast is excellent, with a great selection to fuel your day of skiing. After a long day on the slopes, the free sauna and hammam are the perfect way to relax and recharge. Marielle Hotel truly provides everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable ski trip.

Brilliant location, good local amenities (shops, bars, restaurants, etc), ski equipment hire very easy, ski lockers very accessible to slopes

Specious room with nice view of the slops, direct access ski in ski out make better ski experiance, staff very helpful. Easy communication through booking chat to book your ski lessons ahead of time.

Location, convenience of parking and ski equipment room, spacious, ski in/out, shopping in the building.

Great location with a wonder view of Val Thorens, very comfortable staying, worth money!

Great location, clean and comfortable

everything but the reception employee stole my mittens but i caught her

Nice apartments in brilliant location in Val Thorens. You have almost all you may need on your ground floor: good supermarkets, ski passes, ski rental and even bus stop and car parking (better to reserve in advance). Real ski in and ski out. Good ski storage on ground floor. Apartments itself cosy and really warm. Excellent communication with the owner. We arrived after 8 pm and had absolutely no problem to get inside. We would be happy to return.

Location provided easy access to all the shops in town and easy access to the ski resort.

The location was perfect, you could not get any closer to ski in/ ski out as the back door opens straight onto the piste, with access to numerous lifts and gondolas all within less than 100m. Having the boot dryer in the apartment was very handy and ensured we had dry warm boots ready every morning. The apartment is well furnished with plenty of cutlery and cooking utensils. The owner was very friendly and contacted us mid week to ensure we had everything we needed. There is a supermarket in the building making it very easy to get food when needed.

The size of the apartment, the bedroom, the view from the balcony

We really enjoyed our stay, especially thanks to the amazing staff. Everyone was so welcoming, always smiling, and happy to help. The warm atmosphere they created during breakfast and in the evenings made a big difference.

The team at Résidence Le Portillo were friendly, helpful, well organised and always happy to help. As well as a restaurant, the residence has two nice bars. The bar overlooking the slopes has a large deck and a big screen for sporting events and good music. A ski out residence, Le Portillo is centrally located with easy access to ski shops, lift pass outlet, restaurants, bars, supermarkets & everything you might want or need on a ski holiday.

The facilities were clean and recently renovated. The place is what you expect from a 5 star property. Exceeded our expectations

Great location. Ski hire available at the Hotel. Ski in ski out once you figure out which track to take. Good selection at meals.

location was very good, still it was quite far from the proper village, there were restaurants and stuff around tho. the room was warm all the time

LOcation was superb, easy ski in/out. The decor was not so much. If you compare to other similar partments in Austria/Dolomites etc. it was really disappointing.

Excellent position. Highest point in Les menuires. Easy to ski down to sunny and miss any queues (not that there were any really at Easter at all). Family room with two bedrooms (feels more like a small apartment) has great views and a lovely little snug bedroom with bunk beds for kids. Swimming pool is fantastic. Food is excellent. Lovely meals (if you fancy something different/cheap then pizza Lili is a good option). We didn't go half board but it would be a good option. Breakfast is delicious. Staff are all really nice and helpful. Ski hire is next door/connected to hotel Prosneige ski school was great (and Jacks cafe next to it is good/good value/good coffee)

The location and service were excellent, and the staff was very good.
