Exceptional hospitality from checkin to checkout. We saw nothing but smiling staff at the reception desk and the restaurant. Although a smile costs nothing it's become a rarity these days. Thank you Kaiserhof team for making our holiday memorable. We look forward to coming back and staying with you again. Our little suggestion would be to add a fan in the room with the summers becoming unbearable.

I liked how it was in the center of town. Not too far from the slopes and ski lifts either. Breakfast was excellent! The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
