Absolutely stunning location . Wonderful staff who bend backwards to give you want you want . One can never go wrong with a Taj .. Chef Raj and chef Sanil kumar were constantly meeting us to ensure we were comfortable. We even had a wonderful unique dining experience on our anniversary. Chef Sanil was personally involved in curating the menu. The Manager Restaurants , Mr Sajjith was exceptional. He was attending to us everyday and even making some cocktails with the limited inventory. Some people who made our trip memorable were - Sajjith , Raj & Sanil , Akshay and Ameer ( interns ).

From the food service to guard they have been the most humble and always with the best smile on their faces. The rooms are spacious and neat. Love and the best experience. My first trip to India and I can say I ended it in the best way.

This is an absolutely wonderful place with a superb staff. They couldn't possibly have been more attentive. The place is quiet, surrounded by jungle. I had one of the cabins and it was perfect.

Excellent service. Drivers are provided free accommodation. Great location overlooking lake. Ayurvedic massage at reasonable price. Staff eager to please and willing to accommodate every request. The restaurant even made special packed lunch for our road journey back. The manager Prateesh was extremely helpful. Noting from the passport that we were celebrating my birthday he had our room specially decorated and had a lovely cake baked and sent to us. Though laundry service was not available, he had our clothes washed and ironed. A staff even joined us for some games. Honestly, you can’t find better service anywhere. Highly recommend.
