In short- it’s the perfect stay in Ortisei!! The hotel was completely renovated last year and the new design is absolutely beautiful and the room was super comfy, feels like luxury for an affordable price. It’s a family owned hotel where all of the family members and other employees are extremely welcoming and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the best service at any time. Just for example, after the check out we left out baggage in the hotel while we were traveling. When we realized we were delayed and could not miss the bus they didn’t even hesitate to help and bring us our suitcases all the way to the bus station! Breakfast is great, and the spa facilities are impressive. 11/10

Great location, the place was super fancy, nice, clean, staff super helpful, the room was huge, clean, fancy, balcony with a pretty view. I was not expecting it to be as great. Breakfast had delicious options, great coffee and orange juice. Easy check in and check out. parking on site. Outdoor and indoor pool with great temperature.

Lovely hotel, the receptionist Chiara was super helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay even better. Parking is out front, and they had bus passes for us to get back and forth into town. Breakfast was good and they have an honesty bar which is cool, even better was the honesty coffee machine and you can use the machine when you want in the afternoons. it was such a fantastic place to stay, would stay again.
