The location was extremely quiet, clean and very well maintained. The guest rooms were large, and the baths were modern. Breakfast provided a good assortment, and all the food items was fresh. The staff was especially kind and helpful with special shoutout to Emily for all her help.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. They did everything to make me feel welcome and looked after me the whole time. Great that the pool has a reserved area for guests that doesn’t get too crowded.

Great location, just 100 ft from the lake, the largest volcanic, spring fed lake in Europe! The apartment is tastefully designed. The bed was firm and so comfortable (and we are very difficult to please.) The staff are amazing, so helpful and accommodating. Thank you Massimiliano and Laura. We look forward to returning!
