Excellente expérience ! La nourriture était très variée, l’aquapark est superbe et l’équipe d’animation a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. Un immense merci à Oumaima du service client, qui a été exceptionnelle du début à la fin. Toujours souriante, accueillante, à l’écoute et très professionnelle, elle a pris le temps de répondre à toutes nos questions et de nous aider à chaque fois que nous en avions besoin. Son sens du service a vraiment fait la différence. Merci également aux deux maîtres-nageurs du toboggan à bouée et du toboggan sombre, qui étaient très sympathiques, souriants et bienveillants. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Starting from check in you just fall in your dream vacation - friendly and helpful staff, awesome food (different menu every day), tons of different activities, 4 pools, aquapark and bars. Wonderful and really polite barmen, comfortable huuuge rooms, warmed pool, huge and green territory and not a lot of people. That was a fantastic experience, and thanks to all the staff who helped us enjoy the moment!

Nice location, beautiful garden, wonderful smell of roses on the property. Exceptional breakfast and customer service. Pools are nice, kids friendly.

Super, fresh and clean. All reception (uoisal, Iman, Zainab, Ibtissam and Amine) and SPA are super professional (Soukaina, Karima M and Karima B) ànd work consiously. Would like to do SPA 2x a week with their help relief pain.

The property is beautiful, clean and welcoming also smells so good in the hotel . The staff is exceptional so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, we really enjoyed Mohammed he is an excellent employee . With a lot of great knowledge and history, always helpful and ready to take care of everything. Also Walid another exceptional staff member so kind, funny and willing to help, they feel like family and is hard to leave . They are in a good and quiet location easy access to the shopping and Resturant’s in the old city walls. You will not be disappointed with this hotel and all the staff. Thumbs up to everyone that works there .

I enjoy this hotel because of the location and the expectancy of what you get. I frequent this place whenever travelling to Marrakech

Our stay was truly memorable, and that’s mostly thanks to the amazing staff who made us feel so welcome from the very beginning. The receptionists were incredibly friendly and always available if we needed anything. The ladies who cleaned the rooms did an excellent job and were always so polite and cheerful. And the chef deserves a big thank you for the delicious breakfast buffet every morning… fresh, varied, and a perfect start to each day. The hotel itself is charming and well-located, but it’s the warmth and care of the people working there that made our experience so special. We all genuinely enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back.

The staff were lovely and customer service was great. Overall I had a wonderful stay here and the location is perfect as it's only 10-15minutes away from the Medina market and not far from the garden majorelle. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who's looking to stay in a hotel during their visit in Marrakech

Very nice hotel. I like the location and the swimming pool. Special thanks to Sanae at the front reception. She is very kind, always smiling, and very helpful. She answered all my questions and made my stay much better. Excellent customer service. I will be happy to stay here again.

I have stayed at Hotel Oudaya 4 times. This is a fantastic value hotel. It's walking distance from Carre Eden shopping mall (5 minutes). There are amazing restaurants all in a short walking distance. The pool area is nice to hang out in and you can order a drink or meal at the pool. The waiters are always very attentive and the bald one is very funny. Yousef at Reception has always been very helpful whenever I needed anything. All the rooms have air con also.

the hotel is very nice, we got the room with sharing the beauty patio and the breakfast was great with the berber hot egg food made by lady chef Khadija. Very nice!

It was really amazing trip to Morocco specially the hotel Royal Mirage Deluxe in Marrakesh. I feel the hospitality from the staff specially Mr Saad the hotel manager and all the reception staff Also I enjoyed the experience of traditional Moroccan food with amazing taste
