first Puro experience. very elegant designer hotel that is close to the main street and public transportation. staff were helpful and welcoming. breakfast at Magari was one of the best. also a la carte dinner was excellent. there was a kettle in the room. Alba amenities were fresh.

I had a meeting right after my arrival and asked the hotel for support/airport pick up. My meeting was outside Warsaw. The pickup was flawless, I came to my meeting on time. Furthermore, when I came back to the hotel to finally check in, my bag has already been in the room, this was very helpful.

so far one of the top/best luxurious places in the city. earlier i've skipped it because there was no clear info about the parking, but their valet parking works like a charm. breakfast could be better, but still eatable.

Definitely the most beautiful, elegant, traditional hotel in Warsaw . From the smooth check- in ( they let us check in earlier than the regular time) , from the beautiful Christmas decorations , great bar, spa, breakfast - everything was just perfect .
