Plan to come back and experience the place and beach at different times of the year. Highly recommend the Moonstone… amazing touches (big and small). They “wrote” Moonstone on the blanket at the end of the bed the way people write in the sand on the beach! It was a shake my head moment when I realized. So very considerate of the dog-lovers out there…. All the lower rooms allow dogs, and have a basket of gear to make the stay more comfortable and a welcome treat! Love the dunes, and the grass-strewn paths, and the viewing chairs. So incredibly peaceful to sit on the deck with a hot coffee cradled in your hands, sitting in comfie deck chairs. And you will leave rich… in sand dollars! Soooooo many! Can’t wait to return!

Their family is very welcoming. We spent 8 nights in the most economical room but still it was just simply amazing. The common areas are also nice. It was the best choice to book here and will come back for sure.

The beach is just a short 15 minutes’ walk away through the dunes. Cape Disappointment State Park is 9 km from the property. Two completely separate bedrooms and comfortable seating. It was also very quiet. The decorations were so in keeping with the coast and very tasteful. Also nice to have a kitchen with plenty of crockery and cutlery. A home away from home.
