Staff was fantastic, even as an English-speaker who lacks confidence In his mandarin ability. The room was gorgeous, and for the price, it was a no-brainer. It’s a little bit of a hike from the subway but there is a bus that takes you there every 20ish minutes. All-in-all, a great experience!

The staff went out of their way to help us with every need we had. Despite being close to the airport the room was very quiet. It was spacious and in a very good condition. If you're looking for a hotel for your flight stopover it's an exellent choice.

The hotel had a great location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. The shuttle bus service was a convenient bonus. Although the staff didn’t speak much English, they were very friendly and accommodating with the help of a translation app. While it’s not a high-end hotel, its surroundings—full of mom-and-pop shops, convenience stores, and local markets—offered a charming glimpse into everyday local life. A great choice if you’re looking for comfort and authenticity.

This is a good option for families going to Disneyland, it is also very close to the Shanghai Zoo. The owners were very friendly and accomodating, more than happy to arrange anything you need.

Room was beautiful and clean, and staff was very nice. Even if they can’t accommodate you (for example, the airport I was going to was not the one that had the shuttle service) they try their best to help you, and that is greatly appreciated! There’s a laundry room as well, though not enough dryers.

Friendly staff, clean room, and the early morning breakfast was amazing! My checkout was at 6:00 AM, and since breakfast started at 5:30 AM, I was able to enjoy a proper meal before leaving. I really loved my stay!
