Staff was fantastic, even as an English-speaker who lacks confidence In his mandarin ability. The room was gorgeous, and for the price, it was a no-brainer. It’s a little bit of a hike from the subway but there is a bus that takes you there every 20ish minutes. All-in-all, a great experience!

Good : staff, although not speaking English, tries to help as much as they can ( using phone app to communicate ), helped us with taxi to Shanghai centre, promptly attended all issues. Good : room booked was clean, had good air-con, was comfortable to the purpose, bathroom was good with hot water.

The hotel had a great location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. The shuttle bus service was a convenient bonus. Although the staff didn’t speak much English, they were very friendly and accommodating with the help of a translation app. While it’s not a high-end hotel, its surroundings—full of mom-and-pop shops, convenience stores, and local markets—offered a charming glimpse into everyday local life. A great choice if you’re looking for comfort and authenticity.

This is a good option for families going to Disneyland, it is also very close to the Shanghai Zoo. The owners were very friendly and accomodating, more than happy to arrange anything you need.
