Communication was excellent and timely. The house was BEAUTIFULLY furnished and decorated (newly renovated). There was even a stone bbq on the outdoor patio. Just lovely all the way around. The beaches were close with easy access as well as restaurants and stores. I highly recommend this property and will book again when in the area.

The house itself suited us wonderfully. We came on vacation with 3 adult daughters. There are 3 bedrooms and this gave privacy and space. The beds are comfortable. All the furniture is new and beautifully stylish. There is a washing machine, a large refrigerator and a very convenient kitchen to use. The pool is great. There is also a bag and beach equipment. A real treat

Demetris was a great host, very friendly, and kind. The villa is very spacious with all needed amenities, perfect for a large family group. The swimming pool, sauna room, and play area are a plus. We enjoyed the stunning views both day and night. Shops are a short drive from the villa.

    Location was perfect, the house was beautiful and the view was amazing. The view of the sunset each evening from the villa has to be one of the best we have seen. Kitchen was really well equipped and the villa was clean and well maintained. Several excellent restaurants within a short walk and the bus stop into town only a few minutes away made the location perfect for our needs.

    The villa was, as it says in the title, Luxury. It really is stunning and was excellent for the 5 of us who went there. Definitely need a car due to its location, but everything is about a 10-minute drive to get to so handy enough. The location has stunning views when sitting out and in a super quiet residential area, which we like. Would definitely recommend it to others and would go back. Sevinos and Yasmina were extremely helpful with everything during our stay and really take great pride in this stunning villa.

    Our group of five had a fantastic stay at this well-located Cypriot villa, a short walk from both the beach and nearby restaurants. The pool was a real treat—clean and inviting. The villa was well-organized and equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay, and the host's kindness and helpfulness were outstanding. Highly recommend for a delightful and convenient beach getaway.

    Great quiet place (at least for end of the seazon -October) for the family trip, spacious terrace, perfect spot for watching sunset, proximity to seaside promenade, beach, bus stop, minimarkets, restaurants, bars. Villa is equipped with Delonghi coffeemaker, and we had coffee provided. Clean bathrooms, linen and towels, 2 hairdryers and iron. Wi-fi connection good, adapters for EU sockets available.

    Very luxurious, stylish villa, with emphasis on comfort. A welcome pack on arrival consisting of fruit, water, tea, Prosecco and beer. All toiletries provided and cleaning products. A lot of thought gone into providing everything you would need for a perfect stay. Nika was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend staying in Paradise Sea View villa.
